GFSK YOUNG LEARNERS

MEET THE
Polar Bears.

Small skaters. Big starts. Polar Bears is GFSK’s young-learner entry point — helping children build confidence, comfort and a love of being on the ice.

THE START
SHOULD FEEL exciting.

For a young learner, the first few sessions matter. Polar Bears gives younger skaters a clear place to begin inside GFSK, without expecting them to arrive already knowing how to skate.

The emphasis is simple: get comfortable, build confidence, learn the foundations and discover that the rink can be somewhere they want to come back to.

01

Confidence first

Early progress starts with feeling secure enough to try, wobble, reset and try again.

02

Build the basics

Balance, movement and control become the foundation for everything that comes later.

03

Want to come back

The strongest pathway starts when a young skater associates the ice with progress, encouragement and belonging.
